According to resolution No. 00/04 dated February 14, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Golomt Bank" JSC decided to distribute 90 MNT per share as a dividend from the company’s operating profit to all the shareholders. 

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC within 60 days after receiving the approval of the regulatory agencies.
