According to resolution No. 04 dated February 15, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Khan Bank" JSC decided to distribute 271,015,822,540 MNT as a dividend from the company’s net profit of 558,782,869,011 MNT to all the shareholders.

The company will distribute 141.73 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC within 5 days after receiving the approval of the regulatory bodies.
