According to resolution No. 2024/04 dated February 06, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Bayangol Hotel" JSC decided to distribute 300 MNT per share as a dividend from the company’s net profit for the year 2023 to all the shareholders.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC starting from September 01, 2024.
