According to resolution No. 03 dated February 19, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Sendly NBFI" JSC decided to distribute 1,251,991,232.27 MNT or 20.6755% of net profit for the year 2023 as a dividend to all the shareholders.

The company will distribute 5.60 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set on April 3, 2024, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC on May 21, 2024.
