According to resolution No. 09 dated February 16, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Invescore NBFI" JSC decided to distribute 4,014,446,893 MNT  from the net profit for the year 2023 as a dividend to all the shareholders.

The company will distribute 53 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC on May 02, 2024.
