According to resolution No. 03 dated February 16, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Mongol Basalt" JSC, decided to distribute 1,184,757,000 MNT as a dividend from the company’s net profit shown in the unaudited financial statements for the year 2023.

The company will distribute 21 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payments will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by December 31, 2024
