According to resolution No. 01/2024 dated February 16, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Ulaanbaatar Khivs" JSC, decided to distribute a dividend to all the shareholders based on the company’s production and operation result.

The company will distribute 1,700 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC within June 2024.
