According to resolution No. R-2024-02 dated February 19, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Xac Bank" JSC, decided to distribute 26,580,675,000.00 MNT as a dividend from the company’s net profit shown in the audited financial statements for the year 2023.

The company will distribute 25.25 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payments will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC within 7 days following either the date of approval from the regulatory organization or the day of the shareholder's meeting decision.

Xac Bank will be distributing a dividend of 40 MNT per share, totaling 42.1 billion MNT for this year, which includes the dividend for the first half of 2023.
