According to resolution No. 01 dated February 14, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Technicimport" JSC decided to distribute 1,000 MNT per share as a dividend from the company’s net profit to all the shareholders.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be paid after the regular shareholders’ meeting, at the company building of "Technic Import" JSC.
