According to resolution No. 01 dated February 19, 2024, the Board of Directors of "E Trans Logistics" JSC, decided to distribute 277,200,000 MNT from the net profit for 2023 as a dividend to the shareholders.

The company will distribute 6.0 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by April 30, 2024.
