According to resolution No. 01 dated February 19, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Taliin Gal" JSC decided to distribute 45 MNT per share as a dividend from the company’s net profit for 2023 to all the shareholders.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set on April 01, 2024, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by Apil 30, 2024.
