According to resolution No. 02/24 dated February 19, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Monnoos" JSC decided to distribute dividends of 22,807,005 MNT from the company’s net profit for 2023 to all the shareholders.

The company will distribute 65 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by April 30, 2024.
