According to Resolution No. 66 of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated February 21, 2024, and order No. A/103 of the Chief  Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange JSC dated March 15, 2024, changes have been made to the securities registration of "Erdene Resource Development Corporation" JSC, which is registered in classification II of the Mongolian Stock Exchange. 

"Erdene Resource Development Corporation" JSC's 344,567,990 ordinary shares have been increased by 320,186 shares which are registered in the Toronto Stock Exchange of Canada, and the total number of shares of the company has been changed to a total of 344,888,176 shares.
