According to resolution No. 24/05 dated April 29, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Shinest" JSC has decided to distribute the accumulated profit of the company, 772,919,651.81 MNT, as dividends.

The company will distribute 4184.2 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by May 31, 2024.
