According to Order No. A/254 of the CEO of the Mongolian Stock Exchange dated June 10, 2024, the ordinary shares of "Gonir" JSC (275,186 shares) and "Binse" JSC (2,268,320 shares), each with a nominal value of 100 MNT, which were previously listed in Tier 3 of the exchange, have been delisted from the securities register.

The decision to delist the shares of the company is based on sections No. 83.1 of Article 83 of the Company Law, No. 70.1.9 of Article 70 of the Securities Market Law, No. 6.9.3 of Article 6 of the Charter of the "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC, and No. 23.11.2 of Article 23 of the Listing Rules.
