According to resolution No. R-2024-33 dated July 16, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Xac Bank" JSC, decided to distribute 18,948,600,000.00 MNT as a dividend to all shareholders.

The company will distribute 18.00 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as August 08, 2024.

This decision will be approved by the Central Bank of Mongolia, and the dividend will be distributed after the company's shareholders' meeting approves and finalizes it in accordance with the rules of "Xac Bank" JSC.
