According to Resolution No. 49 of the Board of Directors of "Trade Development Bank" JSC, dated July 16, 2024, It has been approved to distribute a dividend of 1,033.00 MNT per share to all shareholders from accumulated profit of the company.

According to Article 46, Section 46.1 of the Company Law, the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends will be determined as of July 24, 2024, and the dividend specified in the first part of the resolution will be distributed within 5 working days after receiving approval and decisions from the regulatory organization.
