"ARD Securities UTsK" LLC and "Ard Pension Fund" LLC have become controlling shareholders of "Ulaansan" JSC, listed in tier 3 of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, by acquiring 41% (25,493 shares) of 62,177 shares. According to Article 57.1 of the Company Law and Articles 22.1 and 22.1.2 of the Securities Market Law, the following offer is made:
