According to resolution No. 24/16 dated August 01, 2024, the Board of Directors of "APU" JSC, decided to distribute dividends from the company’s half-year net profit for 2024 to all the shareholders.

The company will distribute 55 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends is set on August 20, 2024, and the dividend payments will be transferred to the shareholders by February 10, 2025.
