According to Resolution No. 11 dated August 16, 2024, the Board of Directors of 'Suu' JSC has decided to distribute 3,649,854,602 MNT as a dividend from the company's half-year net profit for 2024 to all the shareholders.

The company will distribute 10.6 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set on September 6, 2024, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by December 31, 2024
