According to the Resolution No. 9 of the Board of Directors of "Hermes Center" JSC dated August 30, 2024, it has been decided to distribute 12.5 MNT per share as dividend to all shareholders from the company's net profit for the first half of 2024. 

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set on September 18, 2024, and the dividend will be paid from September 23, 2024 for those who request payment dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' current accounts who made the request and transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC  by November 15, 2024, after signing an agreement with “MCSD” LLC.
