In accordance with the provisions stated in Article 36.3, 36.11, and 36.12 of the Banking Law, Article 49, Article 76, Section 76.1.7 of the Company Law, as well as other applicable laws, rules, and regulations, according to the resolution No. R-2024-40 of the board of directors dated August 21, 2024, "XACBank" JSC has decided to repurchase certain amount shares.

The bank announced it will repurchase 2,300,000 shares at 760 MNT each, worth 1,748,000,000 MNT, from total issued shares.
