According to Resolutions No.123 of The Financial Regulatory Commission dated March 20, 2024, special license of “Gerelt Assemour Capital UTsK" LLC has been terminated to conduct in regulated activities in the securities market. Therefore, by Resolution No. 41 of the Board of Directors of the MSE dated September 13, 2024, “Gerelt Assemour Capital UTsK" LLC was excluded from the membership list of the MSE.

Thus, total of 51 securities companies remained in membership of MSE.
