According to Article 6.9.3 of the Rules of the “Mongolian Stock Exchange” JSC, Article 10.3.3 of the "Procedures for Registration of Asset-Backed Securities", official letter No. 01/1150 dated September 2, 2024, and No. 01/1188 dated September 16, 2024, of "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC, by order No. A/407 of the CEO of the Mongolian Stock Exchange”, 100,000 units of Asset-Backed securities with code 5004 /BERC/ with nominal value of 100,000 MNT, issued by "Bers ABC Active TZK" LLC, has been fully paid and delisted from the securities register of the Mongolian Stock Exchange.
