The Financial Regulatory Commission has been taking a series of steps to resolve the registration of investment funds that were established between 1992 and 2002 as a result of privatization. Currently, these funds are inactive and have been liquidated. The goal is to clarify the remaining balance of the funds and determine how to resolve it.

As part of this effort, the shareholder meeting for the "Erdenet Invest" Investment Fund was held on October 25, 2024, at 10:00 AM, in a hybrid format (both in-person and online). The meeting took place at the Erdenet Factory Cultural and Art Complex (Mine Worker Cultural Palace) in Bayan-Undur District, Orkhon Province.

During the meeting, the shareholders of the "Erdenet Invest" Investment Fund approved the interim regulations for the fund and elected 9 members to the fund's Board of Directors.
