In accordance with the Financial Regulatory Commission's resolution No. 339 dated July 5, 2024, and the order No. A/241 issued by the CEO of the "Mongolian Stock Exchange" on June 3, 2024, the "Green Bond" program of "TJTB" LLC has been launched.

The primary market trading for the first tranche of the program was considered successful. Following the official letter No. 2/3584 issued by the Financial Regulatory Commission on November 5, 2024, secondary market trading for the first tranche of the "Green Recycle" green bond program will begin on November 6, 2024, with the bond identified by the code GRB-BD-06/11/27-C0077-10.
