"E-Trans Logistics" JSC has made a decision to repurchase its shares based on Articles 53 and 54, as well as Clauses 76.1.13 and 76.1.18 of Article 76 of the Company Law. The resolution was approved by the Board of Directors through Resolution No. 01/05 dated November 15, 2024.

The company has proposed to buy back its shares at a price of MNT 118.08 per share. The offer period is set to start on November 18, 2024, and will close on December 19, 2024. Relevant documents related to this offer are provided as an attachment.
