If the number of shares requested exceeds the quantity offered to the public, the allocation will proceed as follows:

• Orders submitted by the public for up to 3,750 shares (equivalent to amounts below MNT 3,000,000) and orders submitted by strategic investors will be fully fulfilled.

• For the amount exceeding the aforementioned limit, the allocation will be carried out using a proportional distribution method based on the excess quantity.
