According to Resolution No. 546 of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated November 25, 2024, and Order No. A/474 of the CEO of the "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC dated November 12, 2024, "Shunkhlai" LLC's debt instrument, the "Shunkhlai" bond, has been registered. Orders for the primary market trading of this bond will be accepted through the IPO system of the Mongolian Stock Exchange from December 3 to December 9, 2024, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Orders will be subcribed in two tranches during this period, and the subscription will close once the total target amount has been fully subscribed.
