In accordance with the Financial Regulatory Commission Chairman's Order No. 440 dated November 29, 2024, and the CEO of the "Mongolian Stock Exchange" Order No. A/502 dated December 3, 2024, the securities registration of "Erdene Resource Development Corporation" JSC, listed on the Mongolian Stock Exchange, has been updated. The total number of shares has been increased by 1,059,444 shares, which were additionally listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange in Canada, bringing the total number of common shares to 349,791,550 from the previous 348,732,106 shares.
