According to articles 20.2 and 20.3.1 of the "Securities Registration Rules" of the "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC, and the official request submitted by "Innovation Investment" JSC on November 19, 2024 (reference number 241119/01) along with the relevant documentation, the classification of the company's securities has been upgraded.

By Order No. A/509 of the CEO of the "Mongolian Stock Exchange" dated December 4, 2024, the securities of "Innovation Investment" JSC have been reclassified from "Tier III" to "Tier II."
