According to Resolution No. 05/14 of the Board of Directors of "Innovation Investment" JSC dated December 4, 2024,  it has been decided to distribute 70.1% of its net profit for the first half of 2024, amounting to MNT 3,697,783,200.00, as dividends to its shareholders.

The dividend will be distributed at a rate of MNT 20 per share.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set on December 18, 2024. The dividends will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC  by February 10, 2025.
