According to 83.1 of Article 83 of the Company law, 70.1.9 of Article 70 of the Law on Securities Market, 6.9.3 of Article 6 of the Rules of "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC , 23.1, 23.11.5 of Article 23 of the Securities Registration Regulations, 23.1 and 23.11.5 of Article 23 of the Securities Registration Regulations and official letter No. 01/1511 dated December 13, 2024 of "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC, 80,000 units of company bond with code 3034 (BID) with a nominal value of MNT 100,000 each issued by "Business-Invest Development NBFI" LLC's debt instrument has been fully paid and delisted from the securities register of the Mongolian Stock Exchange.

MONGOLIAN STOCK EXCHANGE
