By the resolution No. 25/001 dated February 6, 2025, of the Board of Directors of ITools JSC, it has been decided to allocate 26.65% of the company’s net profit for the year 2024, amounting to 120,582,434 MNT, as dividends to shareholders.

A dividend of 3.5 MNT per share will be paid, and it has been decided that the dividends will be deposited into the accounts of all shareholders through the Mongolian Central Securities Depository by April 30, 2025.
