By the resolution No. 25/09 dated February 7, 2025, of the Board of Directors of Monlogistics Holding JSC, it has been decided to allocate 21% of the company’s net profit for the year 2024, amounting to 2,137,637,638.80 MNT, as dividends to shareholders.

A dividend of 5.40 MNT per share will be paid, and it has been decided that the dividends will be deposited into the accounts of all shareholders through the Mongolian Central Securities Depository by April 30, 2025.
