By the resolution No. 05/30 dated February 7, 2025, of the Board of Directors of Innovation Investment JSC, it has been decided to allocate 77.8% of the company’s net profit for the second half of the year 2024, amounting to 3,697,783,200 MNT, as dividends to shareholders.

A dividend of 20 (twenty) MNT per share will be paid, and it has been decided that the dividends will be deposited into the accounts of all shareholders through the Mongolian Central Securities Depository by April 30, 2025.
