By the resolution No. 25/08 dated February 10, 2025, of the Board of Directors of Invescore NBFI JSC, it has been decided to allocate MNT 4,544,656,860 from the company’s net profits for the year 2024, as dividends to shareholders.

A dividend of 60 (sixty) MNT per share will be paid, and it has been decided that the dividends will be deposited into the accounts of all shareholders through the Mongolian Central Securities Depository on April 23, 2025.
