"Business Invest Development NBFI" LLC issued BID BOND on June 15, 2024, raising 8.0 billion MNT. In accordance with Article 8.6.2 of the "Securities Registration Procedures" approved by the Financial Regulatory Commission’s Resolution No. 226 on June 11, 2021, the bond issuer has submitted its annual report.

As per the action plan outlined in the bond presentation, the company granted a total of 80.9 billion MNT in loans in 2024. Since the issuance of the bond until the bond's maturity, the full 8.0 billion MNT raised has been allocated for loan financing.
