In accordance with Article 8.6.1 of the "Securities Registration Procedures" approved by the Financial Regulatory Commission's Resolution No. 226 on June 11, 2021, the bond issuer has submitted its annual report.

The company's 2024 profit performance has achieved 147% compared to the operational plan outlined in the bond's presentation. In 2024, the company made specific changes to its app and loan rights model in connection with increasing its loan portfolio, and launched Simple 3.0 in the market.
