The Board of Directors of "Gutal" JSC has decided, by Resolution No. 01 of February 11, 2025, to distribute a total of MNT 3,890,274,700, namely a dividend of 2,470 MNT (two thousand four hundred seventy) per share from the company's net profit for the year 2024. The list of shareholders entitled to receive the dividend will be determined as of March 31, 2025. The dividend will be credited to the accounts of all shareholders through the Mongolian Central Securities Depository starting from June 5, 2025.
