The Board of Directors of "Makh Impex" JSC has decided, by Resolution No. 02 of February 07, 2025, to distribute a dividend of 100 MNT (one hundred) per share from the company's net profit for the year 2024. The dividend will be credited to the accounts of all shareholders through the Mongolian Central Securities Depository by April 30, 2025.
