"Hermes Center" JSC, based on Article 46 of the Company Law of Mongolia, Clause 76.1.12, and Article 10 of the company's charter, has decided to distribute 98.7% of the net profit for the second half of 2024, amounting to 754 million MNT, as dividends. This decision was made by the company's Board of Directors with Resolution No. 02 and No. 03 on February 12, 2025.

A dividend of 9.60 MNT per share will be paid, and the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends will be established as of March 7, 2025. The dividends will be deposited into the accounts of all shareholders through the Mongolian Central Securities Depository starting from March 17, 2025, and completed by April 14, 2025.
