According to Article 46, Sections 46.1, 46.2, 46.5, 46.8, Article 76, Clause 76.1.12 of the Companies Law, and Articles 7.4.11, 12.1, and 12.2.1 of the Charter of "Tavantolgoi" JSC, respectively, by Resolution No. 11 of the Board of Directors dated February 12, 2025, "Tavantolgoi" JSC decided to distribute dividends from the net profit after tax for 2024 at the rate of 6,960 MNT per share.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC from May 01, 2025.
