According to article 46 of the Law on Companies, Article 76, Clause 76.1.12, Section 35.3 of the Law on Banking, Article 10, Clause 10.13.7, Article 24, Clause 24.1 of the Charter of State Bank JSC, and the Dividend Policy of "State Bank" JSC, the Board of Directors, by Resolution No. 32 dated February 14, 2025, company has decided to distribute dividends from the net profit for 2024 at the rate of 63.70 MNT per share.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and after getting the approval of the authorized regulatory body, dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by April 30, 2025.
