According to Articles 46, 47, Article 76, Clause 76.1.12 of the Law on Companies of Mongolia, Clause 9.2.12.10 of Article 9 of the Charter of "Tandem Invest NBFI" JSC, and Clause 2.3 of the Dividend Regulation, by Resolution No. 03 of the Board of Directors of the company dated February 9, 2025, “Tandem Invest NBFI” JSC has decided to distribute 2,200,000,000 MNT from the net operating profit of 3,705,620,626.44 MNT of the company to the shareholders, calculated at 1.10 MNT per share.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by April 30, 2025.
