According to article 46 of the Law on Companies, Section 46.5, Clause 8.12.12 of Article 8 of the Charter of "Bodi Insurance" OJSC, and Section 15.1 of Article 15, respectively, by the resolution of the Board of Directors No. 25/05 dated February 14, 2025, "Bodi Insurance" JSC decided to distribute 1,141,377,290 MNT from the final net profit after tax for the year 2024 as dividends to shareholders.

It has been decided to pay a dividend of 5 MNT per share. The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by April 30, 2025.
