According to Article 46.1 of the Law on Companies, the activities, financial conditions and prospects of 2024, by Resolution No. 01 of the Board of Directors dated February 17, 2025, company has set the dividend per share at 3550 MNT.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by May 01, 2025.
