According to articles 46 and 47 of the Law on Companies and Resolution No. 2025/02 of the Board of Directors dated February 13, 2025, company has decided to distribute a total of 1,315,475,000 MNT as dividends to shareholders, with the dividend calculated at 10.0 MNT per share.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by April 30, 2025.
