According to Article 46.1 of the Law on Companies and Article 7.31.16 of the Company's Charter, based on the resolution of the Board of Directors No. 002/001/20250215-002 dated February 15, 2025, company has announced that it will distribute a total of 3,115,094,338 MNT as dividends to shareholders, calculated at 2.6 MNT per share.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the March 10, 2025 and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by June 30, 2025.
