According to Articles 46.1, 46.5, 46.6 of the Law on Companies and Article 7.4.12 of the Company's Charter, respectively, by the Board of Directors' Resolution No. BR25/003 dated February 19, 2025, has announced that it will distribute a total of 4,027,200,000.0 MNT as dividends to its shareholders, based on the net profit after tax for 2024 of 7.1 billion MNT.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by April 30, 2025.
